Costs

We offer free delivery on all orders to mainland U.K. addresses; however, a surcharge may be applied to some Northern Scotland and offshore addresses. Please feel free to phone for a quote for delivery charges in these areas or any off-shore Islands.

Delivery Schedule.

Larger flooring deliveries are made using commercial pallet carriers, smaller ones by parcel couriers such as TNT etc...

All orders are made to “Kerbside”. This means that the goods will be unloaded at the nearest point of access to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. Pallet deliveries are generally made on vehicles with a tail lift; pallets are lowered down and wheeled to the nearest accessible point. Please note that drivers do not come inside your premises.

It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If this is likely to be a problem i.e. the road is subject to vehicle weight or width restrictions, please inform us at the time of order and we will attempt to deliver on a smaller vehicle.

Deliveries are usually made within 7 working days of order throughout the UK. If your order is not stocked or unavailable for immediate despatch, we will call you giving you the option to cancel.

Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery; no claims with regard to damage items can be made after our courier has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery note. Please do not sign delivery note as ‘’unchecked’’, as this will not support any claim.

No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason.
Therefore we advise against booking tradesman for installation until the goods have been received.
